Teachers should take personal responsibility for sustaining and improving the quality of their professional practice. In order to do is research is one way to actively maintain professional knowledge and understanding , while also ensuring it is up-to-date and current. I believe it is important to value professional development opportunities and continually reflect on their professional practice to ensure it is effective. Therefore this page demonstrate how I have recently engaged in research in an attempt to  improve the quality of my professional practice.
