Within this page, I provide some sample Units of Learning which were completed during my school placement. Each section demonstrates the work accomplished by students in relation to specific units of learning and lesson plans which are linked to my overall curriculum plan for Junior Cycle and Senior Cycle Visual Art. Within each page, you can click on a button which will illustrate the corresponding Unit of Learning. Each Unit demonstrates my desire to bring interesting and engaging subject matter to the classroom while also providing rich visual resources to enhance art and visual culture appreciation to address the learning outcomes and key skills required at Junior and Senior Cycle Visual art. Examples of Lesson plans are also provided to illustate ability to plan for continuity of experience based on sound reflection and evaluation while also to integrating literacy and numeracy strategies in order to support all students
